Our main encoder repairs that we do are Fanuc, Heidenhain, and Indramat.
RepairZone electronics lab and servo motor lab work hand and hand to solve repair problems in the servo systems used in CNC machines and other automation applications. Our Electronics lab techs and our servo techs collaborate on our encoder repairs. E-lab tech will repair, clean and then align the optics. They will also replace the bearings if needed. The servo tech will then re-attach the encoder onto the motor and run the motor in a complete CNC simulation for a 2-hour period to make sure it runs to OEM specs.
