Allen Bradley 1389 Series Drive Repair

The Allen Bradley 1389 Series is still in use on many machines. This is a legacy series no longer supported by the OEM. That’s where we come in.

At Repair Zone, we see the components from this servo series several times each month for repair. The 1389 AC Servo System includes the 1389-AA09, AA17, or the AA45 as the amplifier. During our repair process, we wash, bake, then replace damaged and fatigued components; we also check all crimped ends and cold solder points. We then test run it on our simulated system. Either one is paired with the 1389-PAT10 power supply, which also includes the variation ‘HR’ on the end. This system is used with the Bulletin 1326 Servo motor series, like the 1326AB-B2E-11 used here in this video. ~PAUSE~ Whether it’s an amplifier, power supply, or servo motor we can repair it quickly, letting you hold onto your legacy equipment longer.
