• Fanuc servo motor repair is our bread and butter.  We have been doing it for more than 20 years.  We rely on a multitude of testing to verify the fault and to direct us during repair.  If the stator is found to be grounded, we rewind it here.  If the shaft or end bells need machining, we do that here in our machine center.  We use OEM parts and replace all bearings and seals. We then align the encoder back to factory spec.  Finally, we connect your motor to one of our many Fanuc test fixtures to run for several hours, going backwards and forwards at multitude of speeds, to simulate a working environment.  We can repair all Alpha and Alpha I series motors.
• Fanuc amplifier repair is another service you can rely on us for as we have completed more than 2,000 of them.  We repair both the servo and spindle amplifiers, from the C-series, to the Alpha, Alpha I and the Beta series.   Our process is two-fold: fix the issues AND do preventative replacement of aged and common components that cause breakdown, giving your Fanuc amplifier a much longer life.
• Fanuc Power supplies, both servo and spindle modules, and especially the Alpha series, are repaired here daily, we can even do a 24-hour turnaround without compromise to quality.  Each unit is remanufactured to a” higher state” and shipped back, to immediately run and keep your manufacturing running smoothly.
• We can also repair Fanuc displays and monitors, and if it makes sense, retrofit older units with LCD’s.
