• Wash and bake to rid of all contaminates.
• Preventative maintenance replacement- (by our professional technicians) to assure each unit has longevity.

For servo motors-

• We perform resistance, surge, and megger testing to ensure rotor and stator integrity.
• Detailed mechanical tolerance checks.
• Replace bearings and oil seals.
• Align and verify all feedback devices to factory specs.

For electronic equipment-

• We replace and recap board components and fans.
• Reflow weak and stressed solder joints.
• Each unit is fully run-tested – on manufacture -specific test modules to simulate a machine setting. Only after running for 2 hours that we stamp it with our REMANUFACTURE tag.
• Stored in a temperature-controlled warehouse.
• We Ship each unit in our custom-foam packaging, to make sure you receive in perfect condition.
