We often see the 6AV, 6FC, 6AG and the IPC models in for repair.  To start a repair, we apply power to see, firsthand, the issue you are having.  Our highly skilled technician then disassembles the unit and inspects the boards for any noticeably burned or aged components; After a full wash of entire unit to eliminate all contaminants and an overnight dry in our oven, he then replaces all board-level components using lead-free solder. 

All batteries and lamps are replaced, and the power supply is checked.  If replacement is necessary, all cold solder joints are touched up as well.  If there is a keypad present, all keys are checked for functionality and repaired where needed.  If your unit needs a new touchscreen or overlay, these are installed as well. 

Finally, your unit is powered up and put through final testing before repair is complete.
Your Siemens panel is then custom boxed and returned to you with a 1 year warranty.
